Moshe was Hebrew but not a Jew, He was from the tribe of Levi, and so was his Brother Aaron, not from the tribe of Yahuda (Judah).
I shudder to think of Govenment enforcing religion...er wait they already do - secular humanism.
Better they be bound by the chains of the Constitution, which they've got loose from. Best govenment is one that governs least.
I certainly wouldn't want Govenment enforcing the 10 commandments....
but humourous imagining them coercing Christians to:
- Honor the Sabbath - 4th commandment (friday sundown to saturday sundown), day of rest - no buying and selling.
- Honoring the 3rd commandment and banning all bibles that replace YaHuWaH's name with "the LORD"
- 2nd commandment: tear down all the pagan steeples (high places - sun pillars), cruxes (sun god symbol), statues and other graven images.

Change is a constant and openness depends on how much total depravity exist. The knowledge of any evil or corruption demands some reaction either positive or negative.

If your statements were made at church then the state has no right to cross the line of sepration. The context of being an heir to a Kingdom set up 2000 plus years ago with other people of all races and colors being brothers in Jesus Christ is within the boundries of Christian ethics.
The question remains are we free enough in this country for everyone to be brothers and sisters as heirs of the republic set forth by the founders?
I just love the Islamic responce "we don't want evangelical politicians". But we want Muslim politicians. I'll tell you this, I would want to elect anyone in office who supported the belief that our rights come from a loving God who created us (in other words not evolution) in His image, to love our neighbours as ourselves, and not advance something through the sword but the spirit, then to elect someone in office who believes that in a god that supports the killing of innocent people, and subjection to the most heavy handed law system known to makind. When Jesus was in the Garden during his arrest, Peter took out his sword and cut the ear off a soldier, Jesus chastised Peter, and put the ear back on that soldier. Jesus did not support the use of arms to expand His kingdom but through a message of love and sacrifice. America became what it became because it believed in caring for others, and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ not just to redeem souls, but to redeem the very society in which they lived. The only hope for any person and the society in which they live is to bow the knee to the already King og Kings, and Lord of Lords. Jesus is the most gracious, most loving, most compassionate King, who already rules the world, and is briniging the kingdoms of this earth into His glorious kingdom. Tell me, what Muslim country/society has ever produced a country anything close to America? Why do so many Muslims, and people of other faiths flee to America, it's because it's the nation they always wished they had but knew their relgion would never produce. Good for the govenor! He is a wise man to see that the expansion of Christ's Kingdom leads to a more free, and a much better world.
The writer obviously ignorant that most muslims believe in Isra' and mi'raj. Unless you are a hypocrites calling yourself a muslim
"Ashfaq Taufique, president of the Birmingham Islamic Society, asked, “Does he want those of us who do not belong to the Christian faith to adopt his faith? That should be toned down. That’s not what we need. .
Mr. Taufique, Jesus is exactly what you and your muslim brothers and sisters need.

I can see the effects of personal ethics under a Theo-centric ideology on display in Egypt. Dr. Land made the right move but needs to consider a Christocentric basis of relating ethics to actions of which he already knows is aligned to be historically true.
The law verses grace can only be resolved when Jesus is considered the central figured Person.
Rejection of Jesus has been the leading cause of unrest in the Middle East for 2011+ years. Study Jesus' acts and then other prophets acts to see the true ethics of knowing where peace comes from.
Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan
The pluralist pundits have taken over our land
Although they are few they’ve secured an upper hand.
By giving sums of money to gain much control
Lobbyist like ARAMCO has influence untold
How many in Texas are still on the take?
All college professors are reaching for rakes.
Do you know how much they’ve given in all?
It’s like feeding the calf put up in a stall.
So if you take money from some foreign land,
Be sure someone seeking a real upper hand.
Some choice Americans comment on what is so out of their capacity to understand. Others are so indifferent toward whites that they forget that Martin Luther King was a preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ first and a black man second. Those leaders of greatness become colorblind but can never deny Jesus or show shame in recognizing His Deity.
Should we forget the republic of laws, freedom to speak or freedom of religion just to name two in the constitution, then all our soldiers have died in vain.
What better ethical background would you be able to quote than that of the sinless man Jesus Christ. Some politicians know how to get votes but everyone knows the power of the pulpit and the true kingdom that is in Christ alone.
It would be even more interesting if someone would track all those children who are "allowed to come into the world" that were, "diagnosed" as probable for going to carry the supposed genetic sickness?
In other words, keep track of how many times they were WRONG, rather then just "assuming" they were always right?
Judge, I'm going to look for those, but you may be more privy to where to look sooner? If you're willing, would you please do so. When people realize that, even if they turned out wrong on say, only one out of 100, it drops their so called "do this for the the good o f society ideology" even more. It does because many, otherwise good people who would never consider abortion, are falling for this "trick" and if they knew it wasn't fool proof, their numbers of participants would drop considerably.
Well written and conclusive !!!

I believe James Langford should run for president because he exemplifies a similar ideology as President Reagan.
Just look at the fair market areas in the world today that are generally stable. Now look at the areas that are unstable. Can you see a constant theme of ideology that drives the fluctuation ? Islam is one way and peace is not, has not, and will never be invited into the hearts and minds of a people who worship a prophet that took a 9 year old girl for a bride and killed those who disagreed with his prophesies.
We should not be funding those nations that are so unstable because they will eventually destroy themselves from factions within their own borders.
On balance, using the Treaty of Tripoli to defend the thesis that America is a secular nation is good, on-the-surface. However, when you put it under closer scrutiny, it falls apart. But, even if it does stand up as sound, the weight of the evidence from the words of the founders, statements in statutes and court cases dwarf Article 11 as nothing more than an outlier.
I have written an online article that addresses this issue.

The more attention given these obnoxious Christians the more credit and sense of empowerment will be extracted from the Christian community as a whole.
So before I start a loud rant of condemnations, let me look at the 1000 feet limit on the protesters. Now if you can see someone that far away try listening to what they are shouting, because you will have to have real good ears.
In the New Testament a wise person said " If it is not of God it will come to nothing, but it it is of God would you want to be seen fighting against God?"
As horrible as that story is, if true, it would probably not be a case we would get involved in. We would be happy to talk to Attorney Jones, however, if he called us. Thank you.
It may make you mad but truly, we don't view them as Shimei at all, but more like Elijah. When it comes to what they say about Rome: look at sodom and gomorrah and then look at the vatican and papal rome, look at how many children and women the papists have butchered, sodomized, and raped, and study their foul deeds in the dark ages and admit the Truth: that is one major reason why our founding fathers fled Europe. There is certainly a link between papal rome and hitler germany, the german nazi military was known to have many sodomites in high offices who commited hideous torture upon innocent helpless human life, and certainly a similitary between the papal history of encroaching and continuing to try to encroach on spiritual liberties and the efforts of sodomites to encroach into the military and into churches. For many years we were very angry with this group until we came to understand what their message is: "Repent and believe the Gospel." If they can get you to hate and grieve for sin as much as God hates it, well then bless the Lord. But if they can get you to hate them and destroy yourself by compromising with sodomites, well then the devil wins. Ben Dupre's brief against sodomites in the military is most excellent.
Judge Roy Moore just should have been allowed to keep the 10 Commandments in the Courtroom. We really thank God he did not get bitter and start emotionally beating up on grieving families or picketing funerals. He is still helping the helpless, still giving the testimony of Jesus, still providing righteous testimony in far more courts than he ever did before, and still keeping the Commands of God. Overcome evil with good.
